Welcome to Aeonix (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all Aeonix services, including, but not limited to, the Aeonix Explorer, ONIX platform tokens, staking, or any other related features, applications, or content offered by Aeonix (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use our Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 Binding Agreement. Your use of the Services constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to these Terms.
1.2 Eligibility. You represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to form a binding contract and meet all eligibility requirements to use our Services. If you do not meet these requirements or disagree with any part of these Terms, do not use the Services.
2. Description of Services
2.1 Aeonix Explorer. The Aeonix Explorer allows users to explore, track, or otherwise interact with various blockchain data related to our ecosystem.
2.2 ONIX Platform Tokens. Access to certain features of the Aeonix Explorer, staking mechanisms, or reward systems may be facilitated through ONIX platform tokens (“ONIX”). The specific functionalities and usage rights of ONIX are subject to change at any time.
2.3 Rewards. Users may be able to earn rewards through various activities, including usage, staking, participation in community events, or other related activities. The nature, amount, and conditions of these rewards are subject to change at our discretion.
3. No Warranties and No Liability
3.1 No Guarantee. While we strive to provide secure and beneficial services, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the reliability, availability, or accuracy of the Services.
3.2 Use at Your Own Risk. You acknowledge and agree that your access to and use of our Services is at your own risk. We do not guarantee that the Services will meet your specific requirements or provide a particular outcome.
3.3 Limitations of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aeonix, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of (or inability to use) the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, digital assets, or data.
3.4 No Financial Advice. Nothing in these Terms or in the Services shall be construed as financial, investment, or professional advice. We do not provide any warranties or guarantees regarding the future performance of ONIX, staking rewards, or any associated projects.
4. Ecosystem Dynamics
4.1 Community Governance. Aeonix may incorporate various forms of community input or governance; however, we reserve the right to make final decisions and change any aspect of the Services at our sole discretion.
4.2 Evolving Nature of Crypto & AI. Blockchain, cryptocurrency, and AI technologies are rapidly evolving, and we may update or modify our Services at any time to reflect these changes.
4.3 Third-Party Interactions. Any interactions, trades, or agreements you enter into with third parties (including exchanges, wallets, or other service providers) are solely between you and the third party. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any third-party services.
5. Risk Disclosure
5.1 Market Volatility. Cryptocurrency and token values can be extremely volatile and subject to fluctuations based on various market dynamics.
5.2 Technological Risks. Blockchain, AI, or other technical components may fail or operate incorrectly, leading to temporary or permanent disruptions.
5.3 No Guaranteed Outcomes. Staking or other reward mechanisms may not always yield anticipated or predictable results. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
6. Security and User Responsibilities
6.1 Personal Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials, private keys, or personal information associated with your use of the Services.
6.2 Compliance. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the use of our Services, including those related to taxes, anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorism financing (CTF), and data protection.
6.3 No Recovery Guarantee. In the event that you lose access to your accounts or experience any technical or security issues, Aeonix cannot guarantee the recovery of any tokens, rewards, or related assets.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aeonix, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or any infringement by you of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Ownership. All content, materials, trademarks, and services provided by Aeonix are the property of Aeonix or its licensors, unless otherwise indicated.
8.2 License. Aeonix grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms.
9. Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify, alter, or otherwise update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website or platform, and the “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms will be revised. Your continued use of the Services after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
10. Termination
We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to any or all of the Services for any reason, including your breach of these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses and other rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aeonix is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise specified by Aeonix.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be removed or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy (if applicable) and any additional terms to which you agree when using specific components of the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aeonix regarding the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or communications.
